By using HMS ColregsCards ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is an educational tool for learning maritime navigation rules. It is intended as a study aid and does not replace formal maritime training or certification. Always refer to official IRPCS/COLREGS publications for authoritative information.

Accounts

You may use the App without creating an account. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

Subscriptions

• The App offers optional paid subscriptions to remove advertisements
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, images, illustrations, and code, is owned by HelpMeSail or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the App without written permission.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Use of this App for navigation at sea is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelpMeSail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
