How to delete your account

Open the HMS ColregsCards app
Tap the Settings icon (top right of the home screen)
Scroll to the Account section
Tap Delete Account
Confirm by tapping Yes, Delete

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

Your user profile (name, email, avatar)
Your authentication credentials
Any poll votes associated with your account

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is not affected by account deletion. You can clear it by uninstalling the app:

Quiz scores and card mastery progress
Theme preferences

If you have an active subscription, it will not be automatically cancelled. Please cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings before deleting your account.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot access the app and need your account deleted, email us at bosun@helpmesail.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
