By downloading, installing, or using Wordnest ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Wordnest is a word puzzle game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or any of its content.
You may use the App as a guest or create an account using Apple, Google, or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen within the App.
The App offers optional in-app purchases including subscriptions (ad-free access) and consumables (egg packs). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's Settings.
Eggs are an in-game virtual currency used to purchase hints and time extensions. Eggs have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded outside the App. Eggs earned through gameplay are free; additional eggs may be purchased via in-app purchase.
All content in the App — including graphics, text, code, sounds, and the Wordnest name and logo — is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. The word dictionary is compiled from public-domain word lists.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Word definitions are provided by third-party APIs and may not always be available or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
